Msgr. Reverend Richard Palud
He is a distinguished clergyman with a dual Canadian-Jamaican citizenship and fluency in multiple languages. Since August 2012, he has served as the Pastor at Saint Anthony's Church in Portland, Jamaica, offering spiritual guidance and support to his congregation within the Archdiocese of Kingston-in-Jamaica. From 1999 to 2010, he held the crucial role of Vicar General in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Mandeville, actively involved in church governance, even assuming the role of Apostolic Administrator for two years. His service also extended to the Antilles Episcopal Conference, where, from April 2001 to May 2009, he acted as an Assistant to the General Secretary, organizing Ad limina visits to Rome and providing simultaneous translations during Plenary Assemblies.
