Portland Arts Vocational and Education Centre's mission is to equip and transform at-risk youth in Jamaica into self-sufficient adults through self-worth, life skills, and vocational training. The PAVE Centre creates customized training classes that provides students with training, mentoring and hands-on experience needed to succeed in their vocation of choice. PAVE is located in Port Antonio, Jamaica on the northeast coast and is the capital of Portland Parish.

In order to meet our mission and provide services in the Portland community, we rely on the generosity of individuals and businesses for support. With the assistance of community-minded individuals just like you, we are able to serve those in this community each year.
