Andrew Chapman is a New York-based entrepreneur and hospitality strategist with a legacy rooted in a third-generation real estate family. He is a partner at Garage Management Company and the co-founder and owner of Red Rooster Harlem and Ginny’s Supper Club, two landmark establishments that have played a major role in the cultural and economic revitalization of Harlem. Chapman was also a founding partner in the Marcus Samuelsson Group, helping to establish its foundation and early growth.

He began his career in August in the West Village and later led the reopening of The Blue Parrot in East Hampton. He also co-founded FoodRepublic.com, a pioneering food and lifestyle site for men. His work blends a strong business foundation with a long-term commitment to community-driven development and culturally significant projects.

In addition to hospitality, Chapman co-launched Green Beetz, a nonprofit focused on improving food literacy among children through technology and media. His background also includes time as an Outward Bound instructor, underscoring his commitment to education, resilience, and leadership.

Currently, Chapman is expanding his work internationally with a series of new ventures in Port Antonio, Jamaica, including a boutique hotel, restaurants, bars, and lounges. Each project is designed with a clear strategy to drive economic opportunity, preserve local heritage, and honor the cultural traditions of the region.

Chapman’s approach centers on building sustainable, high-impact businesses that contribute to the long-term success of the communities they serve.
